Role of the function

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 6 month contract to join our growing team in Cornwall. In the recruiting community, you are known for your ability to hire quality candidates who fit into a challenging environment. In this position you will help the Human Resources Business Partner to recruit candidates that meet the needs and contribute substantially to the growth and profitability of the company. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle using the talent acquisition software (ATS), i.e. from the approval of positions to the hiring of candidates;
  • Assess current recruitment strategies and processes in line with human resources orientations and policies;
  • Advise, orient and guide managers during the analysis of needs and profiles sought;
  • Use social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to find qualified candidates.

Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant business experience;
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in various types of positions;
  • Ability to use relevant social media platforms effectively;
  • Experience using talent acquisition software such as SuccessFactor (SAP) - ATS;
  • Bilingual (French and English), oral and written - Asset;
