Position Summary

The Human Resources Advisor will partner with the Plant Human Resources Business Partner to attract, select, and retain top talent for operational and technical positions at our Tennessee plants. The HR Advisor will also act as a trusted advisor and coach to plant leadership, the management team, and employees.

 

The incumbent will be responsible for managing an efficient and effective selection process, successfully closing new hires, while building strong internal relationships with managers, leadership, HR business partners, and candidates.

 


Responsibilities

  • Advise and guide managers in analyzing staffing needs and defining candidate profiles;
  • Work closely with managers and HR business partners;
  • Support and advise managers and supervisors in all areas of human resources management;
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle through the Talent Acquisition System (ATS), from position approval to candidate hiring;
  • Coordinate all pre-employment assessments required for candidate evaluation (psychometric tests, technical assessments, etc.);
  • Complete administrative follow-ups related to staffing (candidate status confirmation, employment offers/contracts, benefits, start dates);
  • Actively participate in the retention of new employees in collaboration with the HR team;
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and innovative recruitment and selection strategies;
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand;
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement;
  • Participate in various projects with the Human Resources team.

 

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant business experience;
  • Ideally, three (3) years of recruitment experience across various types of positions (from production to professional-level roles);
  • Ability to exercise influence and act as a trusted advisor;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment where change is constant;
  • Proficiency in using relevant social media platforms for recruitment purposes;
  • Experience using Talent Acquisition Systems such as SuccessFactors (SAP) – ATS;
  • Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high degree of autonomy.
