Job SummaryThe main responsibility of this position is to create and maintain SAP data related to the smooth running of production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and preparation of SAP configuration requirements for plant product launch projects
  • Parameterization of item sheets for finished products, packaging, recipes and sub-assemblies for the whole group
  • Configuration of bills of materials, routings, production versions and special production instructions
  • Participate in the project management of various types of changes that may occur during the product life cycle. (Recipe and packaging changes, production plant transfers)
  • Provide support for problems related to SAP configuration needs of various departments.
  • Enter product-related data on WEB platforms such as GS1 for our customers.
  • Participate with the team in the implementation of solutions related to the optimization of administrative processes.

Skills and abilities required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in operations management, logistics and analytics, project management or organizational information systems management, or other related training
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both (2) official languages (English and French)
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset
  • Teamwork and collaboration oriented
  • Analytical and rigorous
