YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO
- Manage the performance, capacity, availability, and security of our network, servers, and data
- Improve our internal and automated processes
- Proactively respond to alerts from automated monitoring tools
- Develop and execute maintenance and infrastructure improvement projects
- Draft and maintain comprehensive documentation in our internal library
- Validate daily processes in place and address recurring issues
- Provide level 3 support to the IT support team
- Evolve our system, network, and cloud infrastructures
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO
- Holds a bachelor's degree, specialization in system or network, or equivalent experience
- Has eight years of relevant experience in network, server, and security administration
- Stays up to date with the latest technological advancements in IT infrastructure (network, server, security, backup, DR)
- Masters the Windows Server operating system, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft domains
- Is familiar with physical networks (cabling, switch, cabinet, etc.)
- Organizes their work (tasks and projects) efficiently
- Has the following assets:
- Knowledge of Linux, O365, Azure
- Knowledge of WAN, wireless, CLOUD
- Experience with products: Fortinet, VMware/Nutanix, Windows, Azure, AWS
- Experience in project management, or has worked on complex projects
- Strong analytical, priority management skills. The ability to switch between projects and operational tasks is imperative
- Bilingual in French / English
