FUNCTION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Infrastructure-IT Director, the IT Infrastructure Tech Lead participates in the design, deployment and maintenance of infrastructure solutions that support Groupe Leclerc's activities.  RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide technical leadership to the IT infrastructure team.
  • Define and implement the infrastructure strategy, in alignment with business needs and Group orientations.
  • Guarantee infrastructure availability, performance, security and scalability, using the most appropriate technologies (Fortinet, Windows, Azure, access management, etc.).
  • Supervise and optimize infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with best practices, standards and procedures.
  • Manage infrastructure projects, ensuring planning, monitoring, communication and risk management.
  • Monitor technology and propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of infrastructure services.
  • Support the IT Infrastructure Manager in various projects.
 SKILLS AND APTITUDES REQUIRED 
  • You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • You have a minimum of 12 years' experience as a system and network administrator, including 2 years as a Tech Lead or Project Manager.
  • You demonstrate strong project management, communication and leadership skills.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, proactive and customer-oriented.
  • You have a good level of written and spoken English, and are able to work in English on a daily basis to support all Group plants.
  • You have OT experience, or an interest in the field.
  • You have knowledge of the following technologies or concepts:
    • SD-Wan, ZTNA, IP fabric principles, OSPF, Cisco, Fortinet, SASE
    • VMWare, Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Linux
    • Azure, AWS, Hub & Spoke, multi-cloud
    • RBAC/ABAC, PIM, PAM, Bastion, Entra ID, AD
    • Rubrik, Zerto, backup, resilience, DR, PRA, PCA
