Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and address areas needing improvement.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement innovative initiatives to improve sales processes and remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion in achieving the company's overall objectives.
  • Actively participate in the company's strategic decisions.

  • Proven Experience: At least 10 years of successful experience in a senior sales position, preferably in the food sector (consumer goods).
  • Inspiring Leadership: Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving sales objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze sales data and draw conclusions to guide strategies.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-oriented, able to understand and anticipate client needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, both oral and written (French and English), to interact effectively with clients, the sales team, and management.
