By joining our sanitation team, your dynamism will often be called upon to be responsible for cleaning and our production equipment. The salary wages start at $21.26 and go up to $29.33 based on experience, with a $0.50 premium for evening shifts and a $1.00 premium for night shifts.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO ...

  • Clean the equipment according to the different cleaning steps;
  • Follow the schedules of the tasks to be done;
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the premises;
  • Perform quality work, while respecting the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety;
  • Inform your superior of any mechanical breakdown or other visible problem during the performance of your tasks;
  • Notify your manager if there is something that should be done but that is not on the schedule;
  • Assemble and dismantle the equipment to be cleaned;
  • Respond to requests from production and other departments.
     

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO ...
•    Has knowledge of French or English 
•    Works in a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
•    Is in good physical condition and able to work while standing;
•    Possesses good manual dexterity;
•    Understands and follows various guidelines and work procedures (mainly in health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation);
•    Handles priorities and multiple tasks well;
•    Has the following strengths:

  • Work experience in a comparable environment (an asset)
  • Knowledge of good food production safety practices
  • Mechanical aptitude
