Ingredients
- 1 package of BUTTER COOKIES TOPPED WITH MILK CHOCOLATE CARAMEL TRUFFLE
- ¾ cup whipping cream, 35%
- ½ cup marshmallow creme
- 1 or 2 bananas
- ½ lemon
- Caramel or dulce de leche
- Chocolate curls
- Place the package of cookies in the refrigerator.
- Whip the cream and marshmallow creme and refrigerate.
- Place cookies on a platter.
- Slice the banana, cut slices into two and brush banana slices with lemon.
- Garnish each cookie with a rosette of whipped cream and two banana slices.
- Garnish with a drizzle of caramel, sprinkle with chocolate curls and serve immediately.
