Maple Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package of MAPLE LEAF CREME COOKIES MADE WITH MAPLE SYRUP product
  • 1.25 L (5 cups) popcorn
  • 250 ml (1 cup) mini marshmallows
  • 250 ml (1 cup) toasted and coarsely chopped pecans
  • 120 g (4 oz) chopped semisweet chocolate

  1. Melt chopped chocolate in a double boiler or in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Mix cookies, popcorn, mini marshmallows and pecans in a large bowl.
  3. Pour on the melted chocolate and mix well. Spread on a plate and allow to solidify in a cooler or refrigerator about 2 hours.
  4. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
