Position Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for the execution of operations on his/her production line. In concrete terms, he coordinates operations on his production line to ensure continuity of operations, and ensures compliance with Biscuits Leclerc policies. The team leader is responsible for all activities on his or her production line. The Team Leader must have a good technical understanding of his operations and of all the positions on his line in order to manage his operations effectively. He must communicate, develop and challenge his team in day-to-day operations. Through various rituals, he gathers and communicates important information concerning: health and safety, our people, quality and productivity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO ...

  • Apply and promote safety standards for you and your colleagues;
  • Propose performance improvement projects;
  • Ensure the development and mobilization of your production lines;
  • Develop your knowledge by working on new equipment that is always at the cutting edge of technology;
  • Communicate daily objectives and evaluate performance;
  • Carry out daily floor rounds and audits;
  • Ensure that manufactured products meet customer and consumer expectations (quality and food safety);
  • Respond to various requests/problems from production employees and, if necessary, act as operator on the production line.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO ...

  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Has relevant work experience in a manufacturing company;
  • Positive, collaborative leadership;
  • Is able to make decisions based on priorities;
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel;
  • Is recognized for her communication skills.
  •  Knowledge of French &/or English.

Evening schedule: Monday to Thursday :14:50 to 23:50 and Friday 12:15 to 18:50
